I first met Susan Osborn after a 2 month fight with her flyer for a workshop at John Hopkin’s University in April 1989. I was terrified that her flyer was wrong where she said, “No one is tone-dear!” I feared public humiliation to be her first failure–hence the 2 month struggle. There were about 100 people in attendance. Some also thought they were tone-deaf but many were even professional singers. Some had been to several of Susan’s workshops and concerts and some travelled many hours to get to Maryland.

As soon as Susan Osborn opened her mouth the sounds were soooooo beautiful and her presence so bright, I knew I wanted some of what she offered. She is even better known in Japan where she has won many awards. Go to her website SusanOsborn.com and hear her angelic voice!

Testimonials
“I loved your book The ABZ’s of Musical Instruments from the first time I picked it up. It contains so much of what I’ve subconsciously wished for in a children’s music book: * Exposure to world instruments, * themes of world peace and love, * encouragement to do music and face fears, * information about the background of instruments, * random fun pages like the Creative Color Chart, * total loving recognition of support with references emphasizing ‘community + gratitude, and LOVE of LIFE!’ “So thank you so much for following this inspiration of yours! I feel very grateful to have a copy of your book and know it will come in handy as a great resource in times to come.” —Erin S., Student Teacher, Bryn Athyn, PA
